This APC was done quite a while ago, never seen it before and totally loved it. Geronimo's still got the master and could easily be persuaded to produce again with further turret options if there was a market:

Looks great, Vyper.

One small request, if I could. Perhaps some sort of engineering or scientific turret or attachments? I love the piece, but I've been having a hard time finding the "heavy duty" types of vehicles one would find in mining colonies, scientific outposts, etc.. Either way, it looks like it'll rock, and I'd be happy to acquire at least one of them.

looks like a very nice interpretation of the AlienII APC.

I think there should be hardly a problem to do a smaller generic turret and weapon options, also a recovery/scientific version with a crane or radar dish. Maybe a whole set of optional attachments in the same wonderful style?

I can't see the hatches for the infantry though?

Thats a cool looking vehicle.  I would definitely be on for picking up one of those, particularly if it had optional turrets.  A turret with a shorter barreled twin mounted weapon would appeal to me (for obvious "Aliens" reasons).  In fact...

Do you have measurements for it?  Is there a shot of it alongside some EM4 troopers or Copplestone marines or something anywhere that would show scale?

My own thoughts.

Love it as is but totally appreciate the modular buttoned up armoured thing. Looking at the extra content on the Alien Quadriliogy (Laser disc stuff) the vehicles at Hadley's Hope colony have this kind of look and totally agree that it would also suit scientific or even civilian commerical use too sans turret.

Ian did mention to me that if he were to do it again he would make more obvious access and entry points and we did discuss multiple turret/equipment options.

With regards to scale it's 1/50 so perfect.

Thanks Viper, that was going to be my question, I couldn't seem to see where you get in/out of the thing. Plus armoured window covers would make it look 'heavier' and I doubt that've managed to make glass that is as tough as any armour plating...

I voted yes: he should be producing it. Though I wouldn't buy it (at least not at the moment) simply because I don't really have a use for it (would be good for my EM4 troopers though, hmmm...).

I do like the design, the cockpit looks great (possibly a bit frail for a military setting) and really suggests civilian or at least construction uses as well. I think the eventual cost of the thing will be quite a big factor though.

So, very nice model though not one that I would buy in an instant.

I'd buy as is with engineering attachments. I'd buy it as an apc with a different cockpit and doors added. Although both would be dependant on price.

Hell I can get engineering attachments from toy JCB's etc (and already have) so I'd buy as is without the turret.

I have to say I´m a bit irritated by the large window surfaces in a battlefield context, but apart from that, I like the design very much.
