Text in photo is wrong (always find errors after hitting save). It was the 2nd strategic phase, no 3rd happened this game.

Edit: the game took 2 hours. The scenario is brilliant.

I recall the first time Jay saw that explosion marker. It was during a FPW game. He unlimbered artillery in close range of chassepots and took immediate two hits. The explosion marker was placed and he laughed. Since then his guns stay further back. You can teach an old dog new tricks.
