Pulp is has been a period that has interested me for a while now and I have quite a few suitable figures and scatter terrain in 28mm already. Also I like making terrain and the wide and varied terrain for Pulp is a plus and a minus. But I realise now that the time, storage and cost of 28mm may no longer be practical, so I'm looking at 15/18mm instead (especially after a similar project with 15mm scifi).
So I'm keen to hear from others who have played Pulp in 15mm and how was the experience? My main concern is that the figures may be too small to capture some of the individual characters well, and sometimes painting them to make the details pop on the table is hard.
I'm interested to hear how well the different manufacturers mix. I'm leaning towards Blue Moon as I can get them at a reasonable price and their range is large, so I'm keen to find out how well other ranges mix with them eg Rebel Minis, Khurasan and CP Models (I already have some of their cultists which are nice).
Also suggestions for planes, vehicles, ships etc would be welcome.
Thanks for reading my ramble!
