Perfect Bound Rules

Are the perfect bound rules available yet?  I could only find the spirial bound rules that are missing the scenarion and a couple of photographs at the Brigade site.  I want to place an order and get working on some of these great miniatures but have been waiting for the rules to be released.  Lon mentioned that the perfect bound rules were to be done in December...
