I think those are Ironclad Miniatures' "Steam Automatons" with a headswap (French WW1 with gasmasks, or something like that).

AUTOMATA are awesome  lovely conversion and paint job… 
The minis are just a bit rigid, but been in iron and a gymnast is quite a challenge

Ironclad Automatons that I removed the heads from as they looked too British/Prussian for my Sanwar.  I then drilled a small hole in the neck and fitted some Westwind seperate heads: French in Adrian helmet & gasmask.  This gave a more 'robotic' feel.  I also converted the rifle armed miniature in each pack to another steam gun, using wire and greenstuff to match the others.  All fairly simple conversions.

The Automata are very kewl, however, it appears from latest reports that they don't shoot very straight...

When they did shoot it was OK, if rather ineffective.  The biggest problem was they kept breaking down or getting run over by an American steam tank. 

Toot! Toot! Toot!   "Warning! This steam tank is reversing"....

Maybe the shop hasnt been updated.  I bought these at 'A Call to Arms' at Theale at the beginning of February, so I would be a bit surprised if they had disappeared already.
