Mr Tough Guy, they are beautifully painted.

@ Rob - They are Covenant of Antarctica Automata from Spartan Games for Dystopian Legions.  They are white metal minis and come in 6 or 7 parts.  Not sure how they make them, but they were the most difficult things I've ever had to glue together.
