The Big Ones are Hasslefree Jotuns. The small constructs are "German Emaciated Troopers" from Darkson Designs. The Doc is from Darkson Designs, too. The Nurses are from Rackhams AT-43, they are included in the Med-Tec Accessories Set.

A tough match-up, I like both entries a lot, the first has a very nice choice of models who are all well painted, but the second has a very nice choice of models who are all well painted. In reality though I like the models of the first entry a bit better, but I like the photograph and setup of the second entry a bit more.
