VBCW BUF Gun Truck

Matchbox MOY Mack truck conversion using Lancia 3RO as inspiration and a Plus Model 1/35 watercooled .50 cal as the basis for a 2pdr pompom.







My first use of the "hairspray method" for wear and tear on the flatbed. 
They were all drawn to the Keep; the soldiers who brought death; the father and daughter fighting for life; the people who have always feared it; and the one man who knows its secret....

Looks ramshackle and cobbled together- so just right! The flag looks very thin when over the engine vents, but really good from above.

That's a great conversion, Tad:) Well done.

Another method for wear and tear, I've used it successfully for my Lancia IZM for the Spanish Civil War and some 15mm armor - salt chipping. Are you familiar with it? Works a treat.
