Indian Scouts

I'm looking for dismounted Indian scout figures wearing army jackets and carrying carbines or rifles. Who currently makes these?

Also, I see Dixons do some scouts, but no pictures on the website - can anyone help me here too?

Hmm dixon are the only ones who may do singles otherwise you are looking at picking up the odd pack of foundry or others here and there.

I take it Apaches would be OK

Only if wearing army jackets rather than Apache shirts (long Apache hair and headbands are fine). As you may have guessed, these will be for my US army in the VSF Atlantis campaign, for use as locally recruited scouts.

Wonder if you can find an actual "Bloody Knife" character?  Wasn't Apache, but still, would be cool to use.

Hi Bullshot,

There maybe a couple of useful figures in the Artizan range here -

and here -

The last figure on the right of each group.

I have one of the West wind Indian scouts and it is very nice. Wearing an army shell jacket and headband.

The Foundry Delaware is what I use. They come in mounted and dismounted versions and are Copplestone sculpts.

There's an indian scout type in one of the Tiger mini's american packs (US personalities)... but it is only the one.
