Good lord, never apologise for posting photos, particularly of nice stuff like this.  A good couple of months, I take it?

Thank you all for your kind comments.

All miniatures in the civilians 2 group are from reaper townsfolk range.

Civilians 1 are from Foundry, natives from Copplestone, Pirates from Black Scorpion (lovely figures!!!) and Reaper (the one that I am using as an avatar) and plastic GW Empire militia. Crocs are plastic D&D minis, repainted.

WOW!

Love them! I really wanted to start playing this at my old club, given the way LOTOW went down (very well). But none of them were interested, supposedly they have fonder childhood memories of cowboys!

Darn shame.

I love the use of GW figs too, they work very well with the Black Scorpion ones!  :D

I had exactly the same reaction from people in my game community. Everyone is so much hooked on Warhammer Fantasy!

However I managed to organize 2 demonstration games and now I have 3 more players preparing crews! You just have to do the start, the setting is wonderfull and the rules nicelly adapted and easy, so interest will come eventually! yarrr!

Thank you all for the comments!

I am currently preparing some miniatures for a "kidnap the governors daughter" scenario in a French colony.

So far, I have the govenor and the chamberlain ready (Foundry miniatures)

And also some french troops (Front Rank)

Hopefully by the end of the month I will have everything done. I still have to paint 2 marines, 3-4 townguard, 2 french generals and of course the daughter of the governor!
