i) This is a UK and EU supplier of Reaper US (Texas) figures
ii) He's a bloody nice chap.
iii) Go order stuff if your from this side of the pond.

Seconded.  I am in the process of my third order of Reaper figures from Tim and he has been nothing but helpful, accomodating and efficient.  He ordered the specific miniatures that I was looking for that he wasnt already stocking and without him I wouldnt own any Reaper figures.

His EU shipping costs are very reasonable too.

Top marks :)

I stand with the Commander in recommending the afore mentioned company as an excellent source of reaper figs in the UK.

What are you going on about??!??!  ??? Who said they were cast in the uk? I said he was placing his next order from Reaper US direct.

 ::)

As Svenn said, read the thread.  (Hey, that rhymes!)

I buy my reaper figures from Tim too.   :)

Thank you all for your kind words, and for your orders too.

And just as a little heads up, I hope to have Shadowforge Miniatures in stock and ready to sell toward the end of April.

Thanks

Tim

ii) He's a bloody nice chap.
iii) Go order stuff if your from this side of the pond.

Well I placed my first order yesterday, pretty much due to this thread. Typically with it being me I got a weird error message after paying but the Paypal confirmations etc say it's all gone through fine.
Tim, if you read this, I sent you an email with the error message copied in. I'd appreciate it if you could just confirm the order came through okay (1796)?

As you know from our other emails it did come through fine. Its also peen processed and dispatched so should be with you tomorrow. Sometimes the cart throws up a error message for no real reason, sorry.

And just on a slight bending of the topic, if I imported Reaper paints would there be much demand?

Thanks

Tim

I do indeed, cheers :)

I've never tried them and already have lots of paint so I'm not likely to buy any but the people who actually like painting might.

I'd love to try some.  Can't say I'd buy lots though.  Depends on how good they are.  They come in Triads don't they?  This is always helpful.

Oh, and of course the cost is a big factor.  Especially as I already have lots of paint.   ;)

Tim, may I take a moment to add to the positive words.

Your customer service is top-notch in my view. In a recent order you maintained clear communication and offered options with view to a delay - which is exactly what I want from a retailer. I can't praise you enough.

I just wish certain other online retailers were as professional, friendly and reliable. I will be buying more from Miniature Heroes.

Thanks agian Tim. Leon.

Thank you Leon, its much appreciated :)

But as for Reaper paints, yes they come in triads, or singles.

I haven't tried any myself either, but I would imagine they are of good quality as you don't get far in this business selling rubbish.

Just depends on how customs treats paint for import duty etc. I'll investigate further.
