Thanks for the Legends of the Fall clip.  I was an extra in those scenes.  We had lots of fun.  We were pumped because it was a big budget Hollywood film that featured the Canadian army, and found ways to sneak in references to our militia regiment, the Calgary Highlanders - which perpetuates the 10th Battalion CEF.  We also had fun pointing out small errors, like "went into action in February 1915" when the first CEF troops didn't see action until April 1915.  At least they managed to keep the troops in peaked caps rather than the tin lids that were in the original concept!
