1930s Motorcyle Policemen

Im looking for a source of motorcyle policemen, the TV stereotyped, double buttoned jacket and military officers cap with knee high leather boots. Jacket is ala same style as the Rocketeer. Riding cycle and dismounted if anyone knows of a manufacturer.

Hmmm must be a tough figure to find, anyone suggest a good basic figure to do a head swap with perhaps?
