It's a Foundry figure from their Darkest Africa range. Can't seem to find it on their website currently. I think when I got it it was a free "bonus" figure that came with their "British in the Dark Continent" collection. Lord knows how to get one now, the collections don't seem to come with bonus figures any more.

I just had a look as I thought I had a spare but unfortunately not. He does still pop up in the random packs they produce from time to time as I got one at one of the recent open days from the bargain bin.

So foundry was even less helpful =).  If anyone has an extra of these guys laying around I would be interested in purchasing him.
