What colour skin have Tcho-Tchos? Are they Asian or rather Melanesian or Aboriginal?

As soon as possible. I'm working on some right now to complete a second set, I'll be posting some pics of the new figures pretty soon in the Cthulhu board.

What colour skin have Tcho-Tchos?

They're mentioned as being from Tibet so an asian skin tone would work, although they're also spoke about as being less than human, rather than humans of small size, so any skin tone would work really. They're said to be an extremely ancient race but Tcho-Tcho in modern times could well have mixed with humans therefore giving a range of skin tones within a group. That's how I'll be painting them

I ordered everything except the boss models on the 10th and they arrived today on the 16th. Thats UK to New Zealand in 6 days which I find pretty amazing service.
