I just realized that the 2973 M.U. Expedition up the Mekong leech-creature could very well be the "Watcher in the Bayou" of Dwellers in Shadow (p. 7).

The skinless-looking figure from 2952 The King in Yellow could be Nyarlathotep in his guise as the "Skinless One," of Horror on the Orient Express, Book Four (p. 2).

Hydra miniatures makes this Saurian idol that could work as a the object of worship for a serpent man cult, or a centerpiece for some ruins.

That's definitely one to put on my list...

Browsing around on Hasslefree, I also found this little guy, who would make a great bronzed statue-lecturn for a cult. Check out the skull-like face, and then picture the investigators coming up on it, discovering the lower jaw on the floor... (will have to get out the green stuff again...) and then a spot hidden shows the metal patina has flaked off, leaving real bone exposed... Only Narly knows what's written in that book - and why the jaw dropped off.

I think Reaper has some figures of the same general outline (minion with book)
