Conglomerate, Flesh/blasphmous construct?

Over a year ago, I remember having seen a model with perhaps one leg and 2 arms, one big maw and a 'functioning backside'.

Does anyone remeber this, and can he/she please direct me to the post where it appeared?

I do not remember if it was a conversion/scratch-build or an actual commercial mini.
