If I hadn't had to learn much of this for work I'd be lucky to be able to turn my computer on at all. 

Assuming you use Internet Explorer click on "tools" at the top of the browser, then "internet options" (all the way at the bottom) then delete your browsing history. This clears out any cookies that might be causing you trouble.

Very nice Rangers.  When I went through Army Ranger training, we still had to learn the Rogers Rangers Standing Orders.  These are excellent.
