Dark Sword figure
« on: June 04, 2010, 12:35:46 PM »
I haven't seen any mention of this figure here, so I thought I'd give everyone a heads up. Apparently Dark Sword Miniatures is doing a one-off as a fundraiser. I haven't seen any details that it is cast or on sale yet, but it is a lovely piece of work.

(I'd post the pic, but I want to steal their bandwidth.)

More details can be found at their site: http://darkswordminiatures.com/mainwebsite_html/sneakpeeks.html

Gorgeous for sure. I would love to paint her but its one of those if I saw it I would buy immediately but not order specially. I think it is the steampunky gun which holds me back.

Nice mini. The "raygun" is a bit strange, but I like her hat, not to mention the strategically-placed boiler. ;)

I think the intended "target" of the link and the discussion topic is the "Steampunk Jen Haley" below that one.

Ah. My post don't make anyone any happier so I removed it.

She is a lovely figure. The odd-looking gun could probably be easily replaced with any suitable 19thC alternative.

I agree, if I saw her at a show I'd pick her up, as it were, otherwise I probably wouldn't order one.

Mind you, their fantasy dogs and cats are quite cute as are the frogs. The direwolf is very nice too.

Oh dear  :(
