GZG have stopped making their resin stuff in 28mm for the moment. Not sure whether they will start again, given how well the 15mm stuff is doing for them. The models were quite basic, but they made a great start point for adding detail to. You still see a few around on eBay, which is where I got this.

I think Eureka still have them in stock,  if you can handle postage from Australia:
