I am a firm believer that many who spend a lot of time keeping their workspace organized are simply not as productive as those who just get on with painting, even if their space is more chaotic.
I have seen the same parallel in many endeavors where people I have worked with will spend days researching and prepping their space for a project only to run out of time to actually finish it, yet the boss seems to think they were doing a good job compared to the sloppy team member who actually produces the majority of the work project.
I wonder if there have been any efficiency studies measuring this?
