Help me please! What rules are suitable for modern world wich have been infestated by zombiez, vampires, ghosts, werewolds and other monster creatures and small group of humans (civilians, cops military) need to survive. And also is there are any rules like this with vehicles like light armored cars (military try to defend civilians from zombies and other monsters).
I know there are pleny pure zombie rules, but I need rules  to play not only zombie horror games in modern era :)
Hope you'll help!

"Occult Wars" - covers them all but doesn't have much in the way of vehicle rules. It's also a skirmish game if that's relevant, so less than 10 figs per side on average apart from any zombie hordes.
So many projects..... so little time.......

The web site doesn't look too good but the rule sets are top notch.

iirc THW has a supplement coming out to cover vampires werewolves and other evil things..

edit
add Chain reaction 3 (free) and i think you could cover almost anything modern..

Fear and Faith by Ganesha Games sounds like what you're after.

Fear and Faith also has two suppliments coming out shortly.  One for Teenage Vampire Hunters and one for Ghost Hunters.

I would also suggest looking at Flying Lead, also by Ganesha.  It is a more military type game with vehicles.  The two systems are similar enough to use elements from both games together.

I agree.
Also, F&F is not that heavy on the rules section, so if you want to add some roleplaying elements its really no hassle.
