Having shamelessly stolen this idea from others on this very forum: I present my version of the Michael's birdhouse conversion.  I had to extend the existing balconnies with plastic card, and then I covered the card with hundreds of matchsticks      to create the wood floors then added some dowels for the railing.  I hope you all like it.

Excellent! I love the floors on yours! If I had not already put the railings on mine, I would shamelessly steal that idea.

I like the dirty look of yours. Mine is still far to clean and needs some aging.

Looks just great!    I have been trying to get family on the mainland to send me one but all of the Michaels near them don't carry it.   Your extended balconies and railings really make that a useful tower.  I must get one of these for the dread Chinese mastermind in my Sarawak/Sulawesi game!

It's an OOP (I think) Harbinger of the East figure that came with Harbinger magazine.  They used to do on for each issue I think.  I got most of them before they went defunct.  IIRC it was Griffin miniatures who did them.

The roof tiles are from Plastruct O-scale sheets, they cut real easily with scissors and are cheap.

I stopped by Michaels on the way home from work yesterday, and they are indeed out of these.  I was going to get one for you as I think they were only $7 when I bought mine.  Sorry.
