The JUMPING Maasai are just spectacularly cool.

Just caught this - absolutely brilliant.

Loved it - especially the Masai.  :-*

Trapped in time. Surrounded by miniatures. Low on paint.

You have excelled yourself this time matey. :) I love the way you painted the Baroness. :-* Very subtle and the Masai, love the tartan and their body paint. all hugely inspirational stuff ;D

...the image of Michael Kitchen doing anything vaguely animated and not involving an impression of himself being Michael Kitchen is simply too difficult to conceive. 'Ermm...................... [interminable pause]......... but that's not quite right is it?'

lol Oh that is so true... He is a dreadful, slow, detached actor.
If you ever saw his The Comedy of Errors for the BBC Television Shakespeare (where he's playing both Antipholi), you'll have seen the real definition of 'stately, understated' acting. So understated he is almst asleep. In fact, if he had looked any more bored he would have had to have been asleep.

But I digress...

Plynkes - ever so beautifully done. The warpaint on the Masai is done to perfection. Love 'em.

Okay, so I didn't have my dangler lopped off by a clumsy hobbyist, but speaking as someone whose member has been on the receiving end of a scalpel, I can empathise with his pain. And unlike your average Red Sea Pedestrian, I underwent the procedure at a sufficient age that I still remember the experience.    :)

Actually it was fun. I recommend it.
First, I love the setting Plynkes. Especially the cav-shot :)
Second;

8 stitches.

Jealous? As hell... ;)

Seriously, its these contributions, and all the other ones' of course, that makes this forum so great :)

The effect on me is that I attempt to up my self. Instead of thinking "wow I could never do that" I go "wow I've got to see if I can do that".
