I gotta know the name of this tune

Starts at about 0:40 on this clip:



It is in virtually every vampire/mad scientist movie in existence.  What os the name of it, and why do only creatures of supernatural evil enjoy it?

Also used in the original Rollerball. I belive it is Bach's Fugue in D Minor.

better that supernatural evil I would say is the connoiseur bad guys hymm
