I saw this fig and I had to have it. It is wonderful, and very romantic...  In any case, it is also my first real attempt at non-metallic metal; I don't really like nmm, but as a painter it is quite the challenge, so I wanted to see what I could do.

For a first try the NMM is really good!

But the lady could make use of some lipstick.

Probably she could make use of some food first. She looks a little scrawny... on the more serious side, the NMM looks _much_ better than everything I have ever done in this respect. Well done!

Very nice, I think you have done a cracking job on the NMM :)  I your choice of colours for the dress, black and red is a great combination, especially for this figure. :)

Very nice!

I love the red and the blending of it and the black.

Just came across this picture - a really beautiful job on the dress colors, and - although I generally am not a fan of NMM - I think you did a really good job there, too.

I think you did a great job on the NMM.

For what it's worth, it has been my personal experience that after painting some minis in NMM, my real/normal metallic highlighting is much better when I switch back. I think it makes you look at the highlighting process from a bit of a different angle.
