Wow, that IS really small.

Kind of a shame actually. :/

Small but perfectly formed! Mine arrived this morning. A tremendously lovely model.

Personally, I think it's ok when buildings are a bit smaller than 100% scale on the tabletop. Those minis need room to move.

I thought this was bigger than it actually is.   But maybe that's really not a bad thing at all...

well, that's 90 euros + vat = 110 euros for a single unpainted building we are talking about. It is beautiful, sure, but the price is prohibitive. :-\

I'm going to back the new KS for the Otherworld Skirmish Game, I thought to use this and the rest of their line to build a town/village, but I decided against it for a few reasons.  1) Cost, the scenery, while gorgeous, is just way too expensive for my wallet.  2) Space, I'm getting married next year, and while the future Mrs Too Bo Coo is very understanding about my hobby, she has her limits.  I need to try and maximize my gaming pieces, and the other problem is that this terrain is so particular, it has no real use for historicals, whereas I can use my terrain I have for SAGA to play Otherworld fantasy games.  I dont think  Fantasy themed terrain works well the other way.  All that said, I'm still a big fan of your stuff!

Received my inn, town square, trade goods and free bonus cottage in Australia today.

Wow!  This is some seriously gorgeous stuff. Perfectly cast, no air bubbles or flash, and incredible details everywhere that you just want to paint straight away. It actually looks even better in the hand than on the site.

If you've been hesitating wondering whether it's worth it, from me it's a resounding "yes!".   8)

Cianty:  Thanks for the thorough review.  You may have the most expensive terrain collection I've ever seen:)  This was good info for me because it moved me from "maybe" to "no"  I'll likely wind up building my houses.  Thanks.
This is my boomstick!

We use slate stone. Slates are very fine-grained rocks that consist of layers. We use a hammer and a chisel to split those layers apart. Then we use nipper pliers to cut the layers into small stone blocks.

Do you know if there's a specific type of slate you use? I notice there's a lot of "Aquarium Slate" on ebay, but I'm not sure if that's the same thing.

Hello guys,

We present you our new medieval Townhouse.
It is the first one of the several houses that will be designed in a way that when you put them together they form a medieval street line.
