When the Area 51 paranoia was at it's height, you used to be able to find pics of them for download.

I even bought a t-shirt with one on in one of my drunken surfing sessions 

In fact, do a google for "area 51 sign" and you'll get a sh*tload of images you could download and resize

Thanks for the comments. About the sign, I just googled area 51, and found many signs. For ease of use, I made a clean sign board with Illustrator and exported it scaled for a 600dpi printing. Here is the result for a 2x3 cm printing:
