Anarcho-punk festival
« on: August 23, 2010, 04:01:09 PM »
Game: Dictators & Liberators
Army: 2010 Outlaws
Story: “System Error” festival is organized by group of crust-punk travellers in different locations. Their have never informed local authorities about it. That almost always caused conflict with police. Thanks to that some of the members of the group and their supporters are very experienced rioters.
One day their have been under heavy pressure from police. Whole festival packed away over night and drove away. Nobody have seen them since then.
Night was dark and rainy. Column of cars, vans and buses was driving throw the darkness.  They lost their way. Just to get far from cops who were planing invade camp early in the morning.
The day broke out but world around looked different...

I just started to work on this project:

To top it all off, you even have used BLACK putty! lol

Wow, very nice! It has that "Burning Man" feel, but with Molotov cocktails instead of New Age crystal pyramids.

You should add a guy with a hockey stick to return the tear gas canisters (true story, I saw a guy doing that in Quebec City during the big riots around the Summit of the Americas back in 2001. The next day, the local paper had an article about him in which they gave the final "score"!).

Yours truly,

Sir Dryden

EDIT:

Not the best pic, but you get the idea.

Just a look in the right image-gallery (or try with the keyword: riotporn) for a more proper pic and here it is:

We are all showing the proper decorum by ignoring that.

And, we are quite smug abou it, too...

Good lord! I know we ask for completeness in figure ranges, but that's taking things a bit far  lol

I don't know Glutes, I can think of a few more poses to complete that particular range...  ;)

 lol

Hadn't noticed that, I was too busy looking at the tents  :D

I love the concept, the sculpts are nice so far but a bit more dynamic poses might help :)

Story: That was embarrassing for police. Their already informed media that area is sealed.  Police had intelligence that there are weapons on the camp so their gathered armed police units. During the night came information that there is lots of movement in the camp. Then reports stopped. In the morning there was nobody there. Dozens of vehicles and hundreds of people disappeared without trace.
On top of that police lost contact with one of their own patrols...

Story: “System Error” group looked quit homogeneous for outsider but was very diverse when you looked closer. It included Christian rastafarians, new age hippies worshipping Gaia, self-destructive punks, aggressive gangs of anarchists, skinheads and satanists, even heavy metals worshipping Thor.
In the evening before police attack few hippies made ritual to ask Gaia for help and save way out. Did She reacted?
