looking for a particular kind of plasticard...
« on: 30 August 2010, 05:01:13 PM »
is there any plasticard or plastic strip out there that has a diagonal pattern on it, so when cut into strips, I have obvious guidelines for industrial warning stripes (doorframes, floor lifts kind of thing) that mean I don't have to do the bleeding things freehand?

could I also have the moon on a stick?

I don't know of any off hand, but if that doesn't work out you could try some masking tape for painting your stripes.  They have some pretty skinny tape out there for custom painting 1:1 scale cars.  Paint your caution areas yellow, dry, lay some tape down and paint the black in between.

Could you not use standard clap board or similar and turn it on an angle. Would create a lot of waste though.
