Yeah, they're great figures.  That ape king will feature prominently in some Conan games I have planned, as well as some Pellucidar-ish stuff.

Mark has done a great job painting those for you - I think they look better than the official catalog photo of the set!

This reminds me I have a set of these. Shame they never made a few more packs of apes to go with them.

I struggled to track this set down - as I missed the original release. In fact if anyone has a spare set I'm interested!

I think I may have got it from Leisure Games in the end - but my memory is a bit fuzzy to be honest.
