I was thinking this figure may be a great Vault dweller medic but Im wondering about the size of the model and if anyone might have some feed back on the dark-age line of models????

My immediate thought was 'BOS scribe'. I'd also like to know how they fit in with other ranges as there are some great looking minis in the range.

I agree that was my first thought also

Thanks guys! The figures are as follows, bos and enclave are nexus marines from scotia Grendel, the protectron is from Blackcat bases and the supermutants are a mix of GW, ghoul head, ork torso and arms, space marine scout and catachan legs, hope that helps! :)

Where did you get your ghoul heads from?  I've been hunting all over, and closest I have found is this: http://www.manticgames.com/Shop-Home/Undead/Ghouls/Product/Undead-Ghoul-Regiment-20-Figures.html

I believe those are the Games Workshop Gouhl heads from their plastic ghouls.

Fact of the matter is that there is very little consistency in the sizes of the human models in Dark Age, even among the same faction. I've seen one that is close to 25mm scale and another that's at least 38mm scale. Again, same faction and that's the human faction called the forsaken. That particular model is about 29mm scale.

I'm wondering how on earth those ghoul heads were fixed to the ork bodies without looking completely rubbish.  I can't for the life of me match them up propperly.

I am having the same issue with body and legs.  Body has round bottom, legs flat top.  Body is also very thin at the base.

I'm guessing you will have to cut off the ork neck.
