Need help with finding a figure

I need some help finding a suitable 28mm mini. I don't know how easy it will be to find one, though I do believe I have see one previously that might work but I can't remember.

Here's what I am looking for:

As mentioned the figure needs to be approx. 28mm. It also needs to be humanoid in shape, but must have an armored carapace similar to a Scorpion or Lobsters Exoskeleton (shell) and a human looking left hand, the right hand I would be replacing. I also need something that might look like it could pass as a 2 1/2 foot long (scale not real length of course) bone blade to replace the right hand of the figure (the hand is the blade). If possible both a male and female version of the figure would definitely be a plus.

I am looking for a figure or figures that match my description for a little project I am working on for a Post Apocalypse game.

Edit: I did find the Spriggan Miniatures Sprugs but these are too bug like for what I am trying to do. I need a more humanoid figure that looks like its wearing carapace armor, the head I am hoping for what would look more like an organic helmet that matches up with the bodies carapace (ie I don't want it to look obviously like a helmet)

The  closest I can come to finding of an image for the armor would be that similar to what little you can see of this aliens body (minus the longish spikes on the shoulders and ignore the head) http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs42/f/2009/080/4/6/ALIEN_by_NDKARTWORK.jpg or possibly something similar to the Armor worn by the Antagonizer in Fallout 3 (covering the body more then her armor did).

I like the figure other then the shoulder pads, huge hands, and huge feet, they are too big for what I am thinking of doing, and the skull on the knee doesn't work for what I am trying to do, that figure is getting closer to what I am looking for.

Oops, the 2 1/2 foot thing is a bone blade that will replace the right hand on the figure. The figure will be a mutant of sorts, a human who has had his/her right hand mutate into a Bone Blade and their skin has hardened into an armored carapace. The head I am still debating on whether it should be fully human, hybrid (part Human part mutation) or full mutation. I would prefer some mutation for the head, but I am willing to go with a full human head if need be.

Yeah and it would end up looking like a blob with my craptastic sculpting skills, LOL.

The figure I thought I seen was a Sci-Fi Carapace Armored Alien. I have been trying to search for it or a figure that fits what I want but so far haven't had much luck.

If worse comes to worse I can always rework the project I am working on that I want the figure for.
