Need help identifying (and finding) figure.
« on: December 30, 2007, 01:32:42 PM »
I was flicking through my copy of WAB Shieldwall the other day and noticed a figure in the background of a viking/saxon/darkage warrior carrying a female captive. It occurred to me this might make a good addition the group of raiding/looting/drinking vikings I'm currently assembling, but I can't for the life of me find out who makes/made it.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry, I looked at both Dixon and Essex as he looks a bit like them but no luck, perhaps it is a fantasy figure or some other old make?

Saying that a lot of the original Gripping Beast miniatures Vikings and Saxons - are no longer in production, it could be one of those?

I have a feeling its a very old Citadel figure. I vaguely remember having one similar years ago..

Yeah,I have the Andrea one. It's even painted and everything.
I also got the Dixon ones (lovely models, not their usual style). Looking to add more to them. :)
