Thanks for all the suggestions. I'd not even considered the Moria goblins, but they'd fit quite well for some of them. It looks like a bit of mix and matching. The alternative armies goblins are also pretty good as are the black hat ones. Pity there's not a complete range out there.

(Whiffwaf if your reading this, maybe your next project  :D )

Reaper does a lot of Bloodstone Gnomes in their Warlord range. They're mostly wearing heavy and odd looking armour and weapons, and they do look a bit gobbish (or evil gnomish, if you will) to me, more than gnomish anyways?
