This seems to confuse a lot of people who're new to Flickr, and I've helped a number of people figure it out, so it's time to write a how-to to save myself some typing in future!
After you get your photos uploaded to Flickr, look to the top-left of the image for the
"Share This" menu. Partway down this menu it says,
"Grab the HTML/BBCode".
For posting to LAF
you want the BBCode, so switch to that from HTML, make sure you have the size you want (the default Medium is a good size to share, usually), then
highlight and copy the whole block of code over to LAF.
That's pretty much it, you don't need to add additional code from LAF's compose panel or anything.
This block of BBCode from Flickr:

Will post this image and the caption/title text below it:

Some additional notes:
- if you have your Flickr account set to "Viewable by Flickr Members Only" this might not work. Reset your account to "Viewable by Everyone".
- if you use the Flickr Pro "Replace this photo" feature, these links WILL break, your images won't display, and you'll have to edit your post to change to the new links.
Hopefully this helps; getting images to display here from Flickr isn't hard, but it's not immediately obvious how to do it!
