Just to show how they champ and standard go together as there is a "story" playing out in the unit...
Ha! That's really cool, good idea!

Regarding pics, gaming table works fine - as long as the opponents figs have been painted. ;)

@ Sangennaru

Thanks mate, my little pony army? mounted wood elves you mean in pastles? :)

@ Col AB

Knew these would please you mate

@ phreedh

Thanks mate,  I try a little story in each unit make them a little more interesting, the warhounds have the muchy muchy on the poor guy they have got hold of, the marauder horsemen need to be on an army display base to show theirs sadly, which I don't think I will have the time to do but you never know, I have the plinth already for it, but it was empiremen running for their lives with a couple behind the horsemen with axes already embedded in their backs as in my mind the horsemen equiped as they are with throwing axes should be very much raiders/bandits

Right Musician finished

This originally had an axe but when I came to paint it this evening the bloody thing was bent so I replaced it, which worked out a treat as I think I prefer the hammer.

I am off to Liverpool for an exam tomorrow so won't be much done for a couple of days.

Whole thing is just lookin great! I love me a well done Nurgle army! It's one of those armies that just allows you to go crazy and really get creative & fun in fantasy or 40k.
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

You're at Goldem Demon level for these paintings.....
I don't like Chaos, except Khorne, but you've done the real Nurgle's essence.
Stunnings jobs.

@ dodge

Thanks mate, it's done now but how much I hate exams is beyond comprehension

@ Faber

Thanks mate

@ goon3423

Thanks mate, theres still a fair bit to come in the nurgle army, definately a scratch built warshrine, possibly a nurgle giant (made from the disaster that was my attempt to pretty much resculpt the GW giant's body to make him super buff and into a khorne giant), possibly some nurgle marauders with shields (most likely made from flagalents, block of 40 is a nice round number me thinks) and possibly some nurgle knights, but the possibly's are just that at the moment I have a lot of stuff in the queue before them, including commission work.  And agreed painting Nurgle has really allowed to me alter the way I usually paint, if you compare my nurgle to my Khorne Chaos Dragon and Lord you can see what I mean.

@ Nedo

Thanks a lot mate, I was looking at them and thinking that I might actually enter them this year instead of swapping to the stormvermin.  But to make someone who hates non-khorne chaos stand up and take notice then I must be doing something right :)

@ Muskie

I officially thank you mate :D  Day without painting is like a day without fricking sunshine....suicide inducing!

I have now got back from the exam and although all the travelling was done in a train I am knackered so there will not be much painting till Friday or the weekend I doubt, don't want to paint these tired and arse them up.
