Nice! I'd drop the skull though. Looks a bit out of place and a little too much GW "skullz and spiekz!"... how about a gem instead? That's what a proper lord would wear to show off his status, right?

Also, the cape looks a bit flat. Maybe crease it up a bit more?

I like the shield, but will be hard to not draw orc references to it. =)
