I missed the last update, but it is nothing short of brilliant, again. Love the trees with the eerie eyes on their branches and also Rapunzel's tower scares the "you-know-what" out of me.
Really impressive, and as always, a joy to look at your creations. Thanks for sharing :).

Thanks, Duncan. There are times that I wonder why I'm doing all this stuff; it is kind replies like yours that keep The Project going.

Found another mini recently that might interest you:

The 'Mad Hatter' from Black Scorpion

That is an UBERCOOL mini...I hadn't noted his assistant before.  It's one of the pieces I always meant to order from The War Store; then they dropped the line...along with Foundry & Laughing Monk. I did pick up The Seven Desires (I think that's his ma,e) & the Faerie Catcher. SO it wasn't a total loss. I may have to start looking around at alternate suppliers...Noble Knight is supposed to be pretty good.

I didn't see the Seven Desires or the Faerie Catcher in the Black Scorpion shop. Are they from another line?

Surprisingly enough, I got the mini maker right on this one...a rare occasion of late. They're part of the same Black Scorpion Desolation Row line as The Mad Hatter:

BSMDR 14: Gongoid Fairy Catcher

BSMRDR 6: Seven Curses-Desire...I missed the Curses in my description. They're both sold out at Noble Knight, but I see they have most of the rest of the line instock.

Neat! Interesting that the Desolation Row series is not listed on Black Scorpion's own site... I guess they're OOP.

I think you're right. I hate seeing cool old stuff go O.O.P., particularly if I haven't gotten one yet.

SO I finally have the Steam Punk Observatory done up in GLORIOUS black & white prime:

...with a view of the Village as it is now:

PLUS...the last of the Mega Magical Morels was looking lonely...for a Mushroom...SO I made some Fungus Friends for him to hangout with or whatever...I'd rather not know what "whatever" entails:

...there you go. There should be more soon...or not.

Thanks, Fram...glad you like the stuff!
Lest I forget again: the Observatory is made by Armor Cast as part of their Steam Punk Range.

Thanks for the reply, Tantalvanic! I'm looking forward to seeing the pieces in living color myself, although there are a few Folks who would prefer the monochromatic approach. You can't please everyone I suppose...at least that's Ricky Nelson's spin on the subject.

I love the shape and greebles on the observatory. I'm sure that goblins are very familiar with the celestial objects and their paths, especially since their images decorate their flags and tunics. ;)

Now we know where their knowledge comes from. :D

Cheers
Matt
