Thanks, Paul...glad you like it!

As far as the P.B. goes, I pushed to finish the Dark Sun piece before the change to the new version was foisted upon me. I was supposed to happen on the 18th of March. SURPRISE! I happened today. AND now they're saying that my storage capacity is 85% full...I can have more for about $30 a year...insert here a string of expletives that would make a sailor blush.

Thanks MUCHO for the kind comments, Amigo!

Very nice, love the blue skin color you have used on them.!!

I wish I could take credit, but basically I just matched up the skin tones to Brom's illustration as best I could..he came up with a pretty nice color.

Hello DeafNala, those Dark Sun minis have to be some of your best work! Fantastic painting, vivid colours (as always) and love that base. I hope you have more Dark Sun minis; you do them justice.

Thanks for the kind comments, Damien.
While I'm not sure if there are anymore Dark Sun minis lurking in the dusty recesses of The Vault of Pack Rattiness, I know there are quite a number of Ral Partha Oldies from various other T.S.R. settings that I intend to do...or not.

Great work - I really like the minis and what you've done with them - especially the dynamic basing.

As regards Photobucket - not a massive fan I must admit, especially when it can be tricky finding newly uploaded photos...

Thanks Thantsants; I'm delighted you like the vignette. I had those Guys waiting for paint probably for more than twenty years. It's good to see them finally finished.

The really annoying thing about Photo Bucket is the almost total unresponsiveness to all the hate mail they got about the "new" version. It's so hard finding sub-albums, that I've started to bookmark my own account to find them....I wonder if they're modeling themselves on G.W..

Thanks for the suggestion, Glenn. It is something to consider. I've also been using the Google Album & Nikon (I use a Nikon Cool Pix) offers photo hosting.
Sticking with Photo Bucket actually has a lot in common with G.W.; i.e., I loved them for so long that now that they've changed for the worse, it's hard to totally abandon them...the same thought pattern kept me married much longer than I otherwise would have been.

FINALLY some paint has been applied to Maudeheim proper. All the natural(?) formations & most of the mushrooms have been completed. AND here's the results of a week or so of paint & profanity:

Whoa!! What insanity is this!! What kind of twisted artistic genius could have devised such AWESOMENESS! Very nice Deafnala, a wickedly inspired piece of terrain. I love it.

As per photobucket, last week I decided that I had enough of their 'white screens' after logging in and registered with 'imgur'. It was a seamless switch and I am glad I did it; no more frustrations.

Cheers,
 Damien
