I like that idea, but I think I've to inbred a few times before to raise the quality of my 'shrooms  :D

The 'Shrooms do seem to get better with each new batch, but I'm happy to report that, unlike my early attempts at painting, looking at my older Fungus Fellows, I'm surprised how well they've held up on the coolness scale. Considering what a harsh critic I am of my own work, I find this a remarkable occurrence...I think you find this out with your own creations.

In what is for moi a burst of productivity, I finished FOUR more Mushroom's for SerialMoM; AND took some truly mediocre photos to inflict upon you all. SO without further ado:

A Group Shot...or two:

Individual closeups:

AND a location shot:

...there you have it. the final piece, The Eye in the Wall, is underway & will soon appear here for your entertainment & edification.

Brilliant stuff! I especially like the one with the arms - he's got the added threat of forthcoming mobility ...

Thanks, Hobgoblin. I'm with you on the armed Mushroom...they do add a certain something to the 'Shroom. The arms by the way are from G.W's plastic Ghouls.

Absolutely terrific! lol

Thanks, red! That was the reaction I was going for.

Thanks for the reply, LordOdo!
I actually do look at them as different species. A couple have unique names: the Clarabella for one.

absolutely lovely DeafNala!
This shot was my favorite:

It reminded me of a well drawn story book as a child.

Thank you,
It made me smile.

Thanks, aggro. I'm glad you like them.
Since the photography is such a struggle even when The Camera is being cooperative & I somehow manage to get the lighting right, any compliments on the photos are a big plus to my morale. Here's the Long & Winding Road with a better background:

The prospects for gaming on my boards is somewhat bleak, but they do make fine scenery for pics.

Damn these just look so amazing every time I see them, no matter how buggered the camera is. Getting nice clean shots like this makes it all even better!

Thanks, Fram...the kind reply is appreciated.
I've been a fan of miniature photography for almost as long as I've been involve with the miniatures. SO i guess I'm looking to duplicate the quality of those wonderful photos in all the glossy mags & fancy web pics. When I do get a compliment on a photo, it's like getting an Oscar...I'd like to thank all the Little People...which in this case is accurate.
