Looking for a figure to match this pic...
« on: February 21, 2011, 08:09:17 PM »
A while back, a friend drew this for me and challenged me to match it with a mini.  I have so far failed, and am now asking for help.  Major conversion is not a problem, but wholesale construction of, say, the dress/bodice/ruffles/cap is beyond me - would have to come from a mini or part thereof.

Any thoughts?

Apologies if I've posted this before, but I'm pretty sure it was over a year ago if I did.
You, sir, are not allowed to attempt a takeover of the solar system until your octopus sobers up.

You could make a headswap.

Is she allowed to have a weapon?

You did post it, at around the same time I was posting for suggestions for a 'steampunk tankgirl' for my steampunk heroine, Whimsy Pootling. April or so last year, I reckon.

My best suggestion to date is from the Professor's own Lead Adventure minis - Bonnie from this set - http://www.lead-adventure.com/product_info.php?cPath=2&products_id=32

It's not perfect but it might serve. It depends on what elements in particular you're after.

Well done, SirAlban! I knew I'd seen something similar before. Also, thanks for reminding me to again check out the inspiration for the fig. Unusual to see the reality as lovely as the fantasy. ;->=

There may be closer, but you've certainly narrowed the bullseye on the target.
