Campaign Update: Raid on Sigivald Hold
« on: March 05, 2011, 10:15:50 PM »
Continuing the campaign story outlined here: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=26525.0
in my firt post:

The party of 3 PC's finally closed in on their nemisis, the hated Enrik Verhulst of Grunevald.  When they caught up to their enemy he was in command of a garrison settlement on the frontier of League controlled territory.  It's name was Sigivald Hold and its main function was as a slaving outpost.  Here's a shot of Sigivald Hold.

Inside the main tower Enrik and a few of his close companions were 'entertaining' themselves with newly captured slaves:

Meanwhile my wife's character was charged with tricking the orc sentries and gaining access to the interior gate lift.  Having opened the gates she engaged the guards, backstabbing this unsuspecting orc:

Meanwhile the other PC's gleefully joined the fray:

In the end the raid was a great success and the League garrison was slaughtered, their settlement burned to the ground and many human slaves liberated!

Death to slavers, death to the green skins!!

Cool! I like the setting, the gaming table looks exceptionally good and I like Ladies who are not above stabbing sentries in the back ;).

That's a bit nice.

This brings me back to my realy days in D&D. I often fantasized about having an entire table for the charaters to move around on instead of the drawn out dungeons we normally had...  Brings back fond memories. A bit sad to now have the scenery, but not a group interested in playing this :(

Might I ask, how did you make the pallisade walls? it looks like everything is hold together by strings, making it possible to put it in any shape
Why aim for gold if you can get lead?

The outer pallisade walls are dowel woven together with string and yes it is possible to put into any shape.

Thank you all for the compliments.
