They are both really nice. I couldn't really decide from the quality of the painting itself. So in the end I chose for different reasons (which I'm not going to tell in order not to influence anybody  )

The indians are just awesome, with all the different bright colours and the great background. How did you make does dwellings?

Ooh, tough one.  The Mars explorers have great color contrast, nice whites, and the masks are great.  It would have taken a lot to trump all this, but the whole scene of the wardancers...well...

Yes, those Mars explorers are really nice figures with great paintjobs and bases, and they look like 20mm figs too which makes the painting even more excellent. But the world is a harsh place and the Wardancer entry simply has more variation, and where do those awesomely big trees come from?

I really like the visors of the martians versus the atmosphere of the indians.  The pendulum sung towards the wardancers in the end though.
