Two very different entries. I really like the striped helmets, Bloodbowl!
Very impressive blue shirt on the archeologist!

Where are the archaeologist figures from?

Both smashing, but I'm afraid it was the fez that won it for me...

thank you guys! It has been very funny to paint those old players and to play with them one of the greates game ever :)
I tried to give them a NFL look and red stripes work pretty good
bad start for me in term of vote...but I have to admit my opponents paintjob is far better than mine!
So, nothing to say :) except for "amazing job dude!"

Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone.  The diggers are from Brigade:

The Prof painted them in a previous LPL, and although I can't remember which one, they're worth looking up.

Two great entries.. Being a blood bowl fan I almost voted for the 2nd entry, but the clean paintjob and vibrant colours on the 1st won me over in the end...
Why aim for gold if you can get lead?

Rather impressed with your yellow there Mr. Faber, tends to be a nightmare!

All the same, I think I'm gonna go for the archaeologists. Call it historical sentimentalism :P
