Unit Sizes for a 15mm Ultra-Modern game

What do you think would be good unit sizes per side for a 15mm Ultra-Modern game using the USE ME or FUBAR rules (and a 3ft by 2ft table), such as my fictional Baltic nation? A squad (say, 8-12 troopers plus a vehicle) per side? A platoon (say, 16-40 troopers per side and/or a few vehicles? A company (say, 2-3 full infantry platoons and a vehicle platoon) per side?
