1/72 Mark1 tank for 15mm VSF(photos inside)

Today I was in Hobbyco and bought 1/76 Airfix Mark 1 Male tank. Back home I've decided to use it for my 15mm GASLIGHT. I've half assembled it and made a size comparison photos with true 15mm minis (with base diameter of 15mm
)
I choosed: Irregular Miniatures Russian Infantry
         Russian Oficer
         British Bluejacket
         Samurai
Battleline Miniatures (NZ) Jakobite Rebellion Bagpiper (not quite 15mm)

Here are real Mark1 tank measurements:
Length   32 ft 6 in (9.94 m) with tail
Width   13 ft 9 in (4.33 m) [male]
Height   8 ft 0.5 in (2.44 m)

1/76 model measurements:
Length   10mm (WITHOUT wheels)
Height   2.8 cm

Yes you may say, this vehicle is not Victorian, but Edwardian. But I like this kind of VSF:

late 19 century from 1880 to Boxer Rebellion
All huge landships are steam powered
Diesel Armored cars and WW1 tanks, and other Edwardian era things like airplanes and zeppelins.

Good idea on using that model for 15's.  I've often wondered about using the same one for 28's but it looks just a little too small. 

What I really want to know is the make of that tank in the 2nd to last pic.  I mut have one of those.

I picked one up along with a bunch of FT-17 for 28mm
The MkI will be some sort of light tank and the FT-17s are one man scout tanks

I'm pretty sure its a converted G.I. Joe vehicle. Let me see if I can dig up the name...

I have no idea about armored car manufacturer. These are not mine minis and this diorama is from Salute or other wargame festival.

I think to buy 2 real 15mm WW1 tanks and use them as British Empire main battle tank, and this 1/76 tank will be heavy flagship... or flaglandship

I have even better idea. This 1/76 tank will be flaglandship "Prince Albert", another female version of 1/76 tank will be "Queen Victoria", the rest of British Empire tanks will be 15mm Mark1 tanks.

I've started to paint heavy landship "Prince Albert".

Medium landship will be - 15mm Mark1,2,4,5 etc.
Light landship - Whippet

Althought these are diesel ones, Big landships are steam powered
I love VSF with Edvardian goodies

Add the smoke stacks, and it IS steam... 

I was surprised how small it looks for 15mm (18mm?) fellows. Add running gear, engines, fuel, ammo, and the insides must be the living heck I'd always heard.

Still, the example you dug up proves just how awesome it can be! Not so sure about the turret, though. 

Concerning the IMP, I've cut the top off one set of tracks, and still plan on covering with a fender to make it look like a rather flat track return, of which my co-players approve, but I haven't liked anything I've thrashed upon for same fenders, nor figured how to do the firing positions on the now open sides.

As I've bought several on eBay recently, cracking I should get!

How to make smoke staks? I am noob in coversion.

Scratchbuilded interior for this model (not mine). Look how big enine and how many free space it consumes. Also dont forget the noise and smoke (vent is bad in this tank)
