Wierd war roleplay game - write up
« on: October 20, 2007, 11:48:12 AM »
Just thought people might be interested in reading my write up of a wierd war role play game I ran a couple of weeks ago.
Rather than using up bandwith on here for the photos - here is the webforum link where I wrote it first time.

Cheers

Neat.  Thanks for sharing that, it looked like a pretty cool setup.  :)

Are you using a variant of the old hero quest rules or something? Or at least incorporated elements from it into the game? :)

I am a playtester for the Savage worlds Wierd war rules. So it is a game from their rules.

THe board is Worldworks Shellendrak manor _ I didnt have time to build the actual house so just used the floors and a pile of props from various sets.

Very Nice!
Looks like it was a fun game. I think a lot of people overlook Savage Worlds which is perfect as a hybrid RPG/Miniatures game.
I've got the metacreator software which means I can throw together a mini game from any genre with minimal effort.
