The bleu's pretty nice.
Everything is better with lizardmen.

Just a thought - depending on your screen - the thumbnail is just about the same size as the mini as opposed to the  increased size of the pics posted

I really like the armour.
But the gun looks strange.
And I only say this since I know what type of quality you can produce :)

I painted the casing that colour for a consistent look for the weapons across the different schemes but you're right - it's jarring. I may have to change it!

Personally I prefer the sand-coloured scheme as it seems more 'military'.  ;)

Am very interested to see what you'll do with the gun  :)
My LAF Gallery is HERE
Minis (foot & mounted) finished in 2025 = 74
(2024 = 38; 2023 = 151; 2022 = 204; 2021 = 123; 2020 = ???)

same thoughts here, alhtough the blue scheme looks awesome for a night infiltrator.
But then you'd have to get rid of the bright spots and the gun should definitly be dark.

I like the blue scheme. That and it's probably easier to paint.
Yearly painting challenges only show me how useless I am at painting...

I like both, but I find the blue of the shoulder-pads of the sand-coloured miniature a bit too light and pastel-ish. Somehow I feel that the blue should be an eye catcher (I am guessing regimental or company colours) and this way it moves too much to the background. The blue one looks cool, but I agree with the comments about the gun.

Either way, personal taste aside, the painting is amazing on both!  :-*

Very nice paint job and the colors do work,
but personaly, if I was a soldier, I wouldn't want to get caught dead in a (partialy) pink uniform...
( unless I was to operate in a lychee field  lol )

Thats different.

but i like it, it will be interesting to see this in person so to speak, i know how your Photo technique lightens your painting quite a lot.

Keep them coming.

Camo next?
