I saw these this morning in my email newsletter. Nice indeed. Anyone know if Mark is planning to expand on this?

Yes, very nice indeed.  I too hope he expands that line and does others.

Don't think so thius is a copy of the email I got which is probably the one you got ,but a bit of interest ..you never know.

EXPERIMENTS IN 15MM

I`ve finally bitten the bullet and started using an optivisor (a headset with magnifying lenses) which did bring on an attack of 15mm.  For fun I made a few classic Barbarians, which are not part of range but I might sell as one-offs.  Here`s pic of a few of them - painted by Kevin Dallimore:

Great little sculpts and I would love to see more for a range and something for them to fight too.

I agree. I'd love to see Mark create a 15mm fantasy boom.

These are excellent and the PJs are damn fine too. :-*

Somehow I skimmed over that part. Too bad.

Yes, lovely figures. Such a shame he's pretty much given up sculpting... Guess the Optivisor comment is a clue... Maybe he'll get back into it again...
Given that he's got his 10mm fantasy range already, a 15mm range seems a bit unlikely, but stranger things have happened..
I don't much like fantasy stuff as a rule, but I really do like these...  :)

I must admit these are quite nice indeed. If no one said they were 15mm i would have assumed they were form his normal sized range. I keep looking more and more at 15mm. If these come out soon enough i will have to get some. Can never have enough crazy looking Barbarians. :-)

Aside from not having anything really new on his website lately, is there anything to suggest why he might be giving up on his sculpting?

As was stated above, the comment about the Optivisor.
Maybe his eyes have really been an issue. Some times a blow like that cant be overcome. But looks like he is doing it. And i am purely guessing with no hard facts to say why. Just guessing.  :-)

Tell me about it! Mine were fine till a couple of years ago, but are now really dodgy for reading, painting etc. Bloody advancing years  >:(

Hopefully the optivisor will work for him, as it certainly helps me get stuff done which would otherwise be impossible :D

I did get a similar response when I wrote to Bob Olley once. Looks like he has gotten back into it something fierce though...
